Rate of accidents relating to recordable accidents at work in the three-year period 2019-2021, including Ratti SpA, Creomoda and La Maison des Accessoires. In Textrom, Ratti
USA and Ratti International Trading (Shanghai), in the three-year period 2019-2021, no accidents were reported for employees and there were no external workers offering their
services on an ongoing basis. The number of hours worked for the Textrom subsidiaries’ employees were 36,303 for 2019, 35,321 for 2020 and 33,085 for 2021 respectively. No
figures are available for the hours worked at Ratti USA and Ratti International Trading (Shanghai). The rate of recordable accidents at work is calculated as the relationship
between: (number of recordable accidents at work/number of hours worked) * 1,000,000. In the three-year period 2019-2021, for all companies in the Group there were no
accidents with serious consequences or any deaths at work, so the relevant rate of accidents at work with serious consequences and the rate deaths resulting from accidents
at work are zero.
