ingredients for success
The contents of this section show how the Ratti Group supports the achievement of Sustainable
Development Goals 3, 4, 8 and 10. In particular, the Ratti Group:
l offers its employees a package of services and benefits which make it possible to improve the
wellbeing of all staff;
l puts in place adequate training plans for all staff;
l guarantees equal opportunities and reduces pay disparities between its employees;
l commits to preventing and fighting against all situations of possible labour exploitation, and in
particular child labour;

certification, in order to ensure that its employees have a working environment which is safe,
appropriate and ethical, and which is against any possible situation of exploitation;
l promotes a working environment which is safe and protective of all its workers.
