Principal risks associated with the management of personnel
There are two aspects concerning with regard to the principal risks associated with the management of personnel: safe-
guarding health and safety in the workplace and the Group’s ability to attract and retain highly specialised personnel, which
makes it possible to maintain a high level of product quality.
The risks for workers in terms of health and safety relate mainly to the production process, i.e. to the use of plant and ma-
chinery in the various phases of product manufacturing.
Failure to retain talent is a risk faced by various sectors, given that the labour market is highly flexible. For a group such as
Ratti which works with some of the biggest names in international fashion who are attracted by Made in Italy, the creativity
and professionalism of personnel is a key success factor. The objective is therefore to attract talent and promote its de-
velopment, guaranteeing a working environment that is stimulating, challenging, and rich with opportunities for learning.
