102-41 Collective bargaining agreements 100% of the employees of Ratti SpA, Creomoda and La Maison des Acces-
soires are covered by national collective agreements. Textrom guarantees
it will respect national legislation regarding a minimum salary, supple-
menting this by an amount stipulated in an internal agreement between
representatives of the workers and the company.
In Ratti International Trading (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. and Ratti USA Inc. there
are no collective agreements – employees and the company sign individ-
ual contracts. Overall, 99% of employees are covered by collective con-
tractual agreements.
